Themis

Find what's working before you shoot.

Themis watches the accounts and creators you pick across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and surfaces the videos that broke out, then takes them apart, so you know the hook, the format and the shape that earned the views before you point a camera at anything.

Outliers, not just big numbers

A video with a million views from an account that always gets a million views taught you nothing. Themis measures every post against its own account's baseline and flags the ones that beat it by a wide margin, the breakout, not the big account.

  • Scored against the account's own baseline, not a global average
  • TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in one feed
  • Floors for views and engagement keep flukes out
  • An age window so you see what's working now, not in 2019
  • Sort by outlier score, raw views or recency
The winners, taken apart

Every outlier is pulled apart into the pieces you can actually copy, the spoken hook, the caption, the on-screen text, the format and the beats it moves through. Each one is transcribed, so you can read a video instead of rewatching it six times.

  • Full transcript on every analyzed video
  • The hook isolated from the rest of the script
  • Each winner broken into the seven pieces it's built from
  • Save anything worth stealing into named collections
Ideas and a playbook, from this week's winners

The research turns into two things. Ideas are what to say, themes, angles and formats drawn from what actually broke out, each one carrying the real hooks that earned it and links to the videos backing it up. The playbook is the repeatable shape behind them: what to show, what to say, what to put on screen.

  • Ideas ranked, with proven hooks quoted from real posts
  • Every idea shows the videos it came from
  • A playbook of formats you can run again and again
  • Regenerated from each scan, not a canned list of sixteen
How the scanning works

Scanning reads each platform through that platform's own official API, the TikTok Research API, the Instagram Graph API, the YouTube Data API, and never by scraping a profile page. Those pulls and the transcription run long, which a server can't do, so the work is split: Themis holds your watchlist, settings, corpus and analysis, and a small collector on a Mac in your office does the collecting and pushes results back. A platform whose API credentials aren't in place simply isn't scanned. We set that side up with you during onboarding.
