Themis

A sign-in sheet that still works on Monday.

A paper sheet at an open house, a trade show or a class is a stack of handwriting nobody types up. A capture page is the same sign-in, a QR code on the counter, a link in your bio, except every visitor lands in your inbox already tagged, already followed up with, and already asked for permission to text.

One page, three jobs

Spin up a page in a minute and put it wherever the people are. Each kind asks for what that moment needs and nothing else, a stranger at a door will not fill out a twelve-field form.

  • Event sign-in, the QR on the counter at an open house, a booth or a class
  • Link in bio, one destination for every social profile
  • Home valuation, “what's it worth?”, captured and nurtured (real estate)
  • A QR code you can download and print for each one
Built to load for a stranger

Capture pages sit outside your site's login and outside the preview password entirely, a sign-in sheet that asks a visitor for a password is a dead sign-in sheet. One headline, one form, no navigation, sized for the phone it will actually be opened on.

Where consent actually comes from

This is the part that makes texting legal. The disclosure beside the checkbox is shown to the visitor word for word and stored word for word with their submission, so what you can prove later is exactly what they agreed to, not a summary of it. That record is what unlocks texting for that contact.

  • The exact disclosure stored alongside the opt-in, as evidence
  • Consent is never assumed, an unticked box means email only
  • Feeds the same ledger STOP and unsubscribe write to
